Hi Everyone!

We wanted to take a moment to do a quick intro. While interacting with us here on Kickstarter or via our support email, the majority of the time, you'll be chatting with two people!

Hi! I'm Eira (pronounced like Ira)

I am in charge of coordinating the campaigns and fulfillment for nearly everything Wraithmarked does. I came to Wraithmarked close to 3 years ago after spending more than a decade as your friendly neighborhood IT gal. Most days, I can scarcely believe it's real. But here I am, with all you fine people, eagerly waiting to get my hands on this and every book we make. :)

A couple of quick things about me. I'm a sci-fi/horror author, a published tabletop RPG developer, and sometime musician. When I'm not being a total dork, I collect bumps and bruises by skating with a local roller derby team under the name 'Tryst Issues'. 

Hey there! I'm Heather!

In addition to helping out my benevolent overlor- Eira, I'm also head of the Wildcrown brand! You'll likely talk to me if you send us a support message here on Kickstarter or via email. I also help with coordinating our Kickstarter campaigns and fulfillment, and in between all of that, I also design our enamel pins! Being able to work creatively has been such a blessing - I love what I do. <3

Within Wraithmarked and Wildcrown, I'm a bit of a nerd. Outside of Wraithmarked and Wildcrown... also a nerd. I have my own illustration business which allows me to travel to different conventions and meet some truly fantastic con-goers and fellow artists alike! I build Zoids model kits, play too many video games, collect trinkets, and dote on my cats, Soren, Taro, and Edgar.

Okay, back to Wraithmarked...

We bring all this up to let you all know that when you interact with us, you're talking to real people who have been involved with the creative process from start to finish. It's super important that your experience with us is a good one. While we can't promise completely smooth sailing— manufacturing and distribution are tricky businesses— we will do our best to keep y'all informed as the process progresses.

Hey Everyone!

Today, we wanted to take a moment to remind everyone how you can access your pledge. Even though we're still a ways off from fulfillment, it's never a bad idea to hop in to make sure your shipping information is up-to-date! Using the following link, enter the email address that's attached to your Kickstarter account and you should be able to pull your pledge right up!

Art Prints Have Been Ordered!

Hi Everyone!

We have a quick update for y'all today, but we just got the art prints ordered! It typically takes our printer a few weeks to get those printed and shipped, but once we get them in, we'll post some pictures!

Hey there everyone! 

As with our last update regarding this matter, apologies for the copy-and-paste nature of this one, also. Since this was a widespread issue that affected nearly all of our campaigns, we thought it best to just keep it uniform for consistency.

Update on our printer…

Following up on our previous update about our printing partner, CPi, we’ve gotten word from our that their systems are back online! Of course, as with any significant outage, that is only the first step. We expect it will take a little bit of time for them to get rolling again for all their clients, so while we still anticipate some delays on a few of our projects, they are not likely to be as significant as previously expected.

In fact, we have already been in communication with CPi regarding the next steps on a number of our upcoming projects. Even in the midst of this outage, they were able to get physical proofs for two of our upcoming campaigns shipped out to us for review (pictured below). So we're thankfully well on our way to being back on track.

What’s next…

While the outage was ongoing, we've continued working with our other production partners to produce other campaign rewards such as bookmarks, art prints, pins, etc. to ensure that we're as ready as we can be once the books are printed. We have also updated our project pipeline tracker to reflect any projects with anticipated delays and will update folks for those respective campaigns as we move forward with production. 

Finally, if you require assistance with your pledge, need to change your shipping info, or have another question, please send an email to [email protected]. We’re open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm EST, and will be happy to help however we can (it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to get back to you, but we do answer all tickets in need of a response). 🙂
